KMA-RS Tactical Power Ascender

The KMA-RS is an electric, battery-powered rope ascender for tactical and rescue access — a personal powered elevator that drives an operator up and down a fixed rope. Manufactured by KODUCT (Korea). Rated IP67 and available in Black or Red.

It is offered in speed, mid and high-capacity configurations; the exact configuration is matched to your mission when you request a quote. Across the range it carries a rated 110–200 kg (243–441 lb) working load, ascends at up to 0.9 m/s (≈54 m/min), and covers about 600 m of ascent per charge at 100 kg. The attachable Li-ion battery lets a spare keep you working continuously.

Important: a powered ascender is a work/access device used on the working rope. It must always be used together with a separate backup fall-arrest device on an independent safety rope.
