Shipping Policy

How shipping works

Within the United States: ground shipping is free and included in your order.

Products marked as free shipping: shipping is included worldwide, with nothing further to pay after checkout. This stays included whatever else you order — adding other items never removes it.

Everything else, shipped internationally: at checkout you are charged for the products only. International freight for those items is then quoted separately — based on your destination, the weight and dimensions of the equipment, and the carrier — and is confirmed with you before we dispatch. Nothing ships, and no freight is charged, until you approve the quote.

Why we quote international freight

This applies to items not marked as free shipping. We ship certified life-safety equipment that is frequently heavy, bulky or subject to export and customs requirements. Accurate freight for these shipments depends on the exact destination, weight, dimensions and service level, so an automated estimate is often wrong. Quoting freight individually means you pay the correct, fair cost — never an inflated automatic charge — and that your equipment is packed, documented and routed properly.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. For international and freight orders, dispatch follows once your freight quote is approved.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery is approximately 5 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customs, duties & taxes

For international orders, any import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or the freight quote.

Tracking

We provide tracking information where available once your order has shipped.

Damaged or lost shipments

Please inspect your order on arrival. Report any transit damage or shortage to info@skyward.supplies within 7 days of delivery, with photos, so we can help resolve it.
