The FAS-0115 is a sealed self-retracting lifeline (SRL) for fall arrest in harsh, corrosive conditions, offering a generous 15 m (49 ft) working range. It pays out and retracts Ø5 mm stainless-steel wire rope, staying under tension as the user moves and locking quickly to arrest a fall.
The fully sealed housing keeps out water, dust and grit, so the unit performs where standard galvanized SRLs corrode — offshore platforms, wind turbines and marine or coastal work. A built-in energy absorber limits the maximum arrest force to under 6 kN, and the lifeline ends in a 360° swivel snap hook with a load/fall indicator for quick post-fall inspection.
Certified to EN 360 and GB 24544. For OSHA-regulated work in the United States, confirm ANSI Z359.14 suitability for your application before use.
