The Top Lift TP-900015 is a portable rescue tripod with an integrated winch, certified as Category III PPE under Regulation (EU) 2016/425. It sets up over manholes, tanks, shafts and other confined-space or work-at-height openings to provide an overhead anchor point for access, fall protection and rescue.
CE marked, Category III PPE. EU type-examination (Module B) and production quality assurance (Module D) by CCQS (Notified Body 2834): certificates CE-PC-260202-108-01-9A and CE-PC-260202-108-FPC-A. Manufactured by Hangzhou Top Lift Industries Co., Ltd.

This is life-safety equipment for trained users only. Set up and operate it strictly according to the manufacturer’s instructions and a documented rescue plan, and inspect it before every use. The winch line is a rescue lifting device — where the work system calls for fall arrest, use it together with an appropriate, independently anchored backup.
